Tom Cullivan at Taibhdhearc na Gaillimhe

Tom Cullivan
Tom Cullivan

CMC composer Tom Cullivan is to perform some of his own works in concert with the Oirbsen Chamber Trio in September.

This new Galway-based ensemble will make its debut at the Taibhdhearc concert. Oirbsen will perform a number of solo and ensemble works by Tom Cullivan, including the world premiere of his Trio in C minor, composed especially for the occasion.

The composer himself will premiere his eighth piano sonata at the concert. He will also perform more of his Irish Piano Classics, a number of which issued on his CD in 2004.

The concert will take place on Thursday 15 September at 8.00pm.
