The latest CD in CMC's series, Contemporary Music from Ireland Volume Five, is now available.

Ms Rosemary Kelly, Chair, Arts Council of Northern Ireland (ACNI), launched the CD, which is jointly funded by ACNI and the Arts Council/An Chomhairle Ealaíon, with support from Culture Ireland.

Twelve Irish composers are represented on the disk with works written in the last five years. Also featured are some of Ireland’s leading performers in an exciting compilation that offers a snapshot of what is happening in new music right now.

The CD will be distributed internationally to radio stations, festivals, concert promoters, performers and libraries.
