Crash Ensemble Moves to O'ReillyTheatre

Crash Ensemble is moving its performers and administration to the O'ReillyTheatre.

Crash Ensemble Artistic Director, Donnacha Dennehy, said he was thrilled about the move and delighted to see the group returning to the North side of the city.

'We're very excited about this new relationship', said OReillyTheatre manager Mary Hickson, 'we feel it is a huge endorsement of our programme. It is a great honour to be associated with such an adventurous and technically brilliant group of musicians'.

The musicians of Crash Ensemble will be pleased to hear that they still have a musical administration: the management team at the OReillyTheatre is lead by two former pupils of the UCC music department with extensive experience in both new music and Irish traditional music.

Crash Ensemble's assistant manager Olga Barry said, 'We can see this new venture will have its mutual benefits. This relationship will open up opportunities for both parties, opportunities that we will embrace with great enthusiasm. Both the OReillyTheatre and Crash Ensemble look forward to an enduring and successful partnership.'
