A new section for the Press has recently been added to this web site.

Designed to facilitate ease of access for the media, it provides an image archive, a press release archive and background briefing notes on CMC and Irish composers.

The image archive consists of high-resolution copyright-cleared photos of Irish composers, plus other related images free for downloading. These will also be of use to concert promoters, festivals and others requiring good quality publicity material.

The press release archive contains all current and past CMC releases back to 1999, indexed by date. In addition, there are background briefing notes on the Centre and its activities, and a useful summary article on contemporary music in Ireland.
