A practical session on the Alexander Technique for musicians takes place in CMC this month. Brian McNamara will speak about and demonstrate the method at the Contemporary Music Centre from 6.00 – 7.30 pm on Monday, 17 May.

Admission is free but due to limited space, advance booking is recommended.
