The Contemporary Music Centre's Perpetual Trophy for the best performance of a contemporary Irish choral work at this year’s Cork International Choral Festival was awarded to the Dublin Institute of Technology Chamber Choir. The choir, under their conductor Bernie Sherlock, sang Rhona Clarke's A Song for St Cecilia's Day.
