Welcome

On behalf of the Contemporary Music Centre, Ireland, it is a great pleasure to invite our international colleagues to come to Dublin in June.

This is the first time that the Annual Conference of the International Association of Music Information Centres, of which CMC is the Irish member, has been held in Ireland and we look forward to making it a successful and memorable occasion.

We are planning a varied and stimulating programme with an enjoyable social dimension. There will also be good opportunities to meet the Irish arts and music community across all the genres.

Dublin is a modern, cosmopolitan city but it can trace its origins back over 1,000 years and you will have the opportunity to experience some of its rich cultural and social life during your visit.
