The CMC Solo Series Live concert tour took place in June 2011. The tour, which was presented in association with Diatribe Records, featured four internationally renowned musicians - Isabelle O'Connell (piano); Paul Roe (clarinet/bass clarinet); Simon Jermyn (bass guitar) and Izumi Kimura (piano) - performing new work by Irish, Japanese, US and European Composers. The concerts took place in Donegal, Cork, Bray and Carlow.
In this short extract taken from the tour, Isabelle O'Connell performs Donnacha Dennehy's Reservoir, the title track from her CD in the series.
The concert was recorded at the Mermaid Arts Centre in Bray, Co. Wicklow, on 18 June 2011.
We are based in Dublin's Cultural Quarter, Temple Bar, home to more than fifty arts and cultural organizations.
